Our Personalized training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health for people of all experience levels.

Total-body workout program uses the science of “muscle confusion” to constantly challenge your body with new moves and routines, so your results never plateau, and you get in better shape in less time.

Using a variety of equipment, instructors will take you through a workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups. All fitness levels are encouraged!

High Intensity Metabolic Training is the scientifically proven program of cardiorespiratory training that will sculpt, strengthen, and define your whole body. It combines intervals of high-intensity exercise switched up with periods of low-intensity active recovery, in a fat-blasting workout that maximizes calorie burn. Our workouts burn up to 1,000 calories during class, and you’ll keep burning calories up to 48 hours after class!

Classes are limited to sixteen people to give you a safe, personal and exclusive experience. Class times available 7 days a week!

Class times: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm to fit every members busy schedule!

Men and Women of all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to achieve their personal best.
