  • The max capacity for our classes is 16 participants with personal workout stations for each individual. There are 2 bathrooms with ample room to change, but do not have lockers or showers. There is a water fountain and bottled water available to purchase if needed. Your F3FIT Coach will greet you at the check in kiosk when you walk in.

  • Please wear clean sneakers on the workout floor.

  • We have limited storage space at the studio so we ask that you pack lightly!

PARKING INFORMATION

We are located in the Hamburg Village Square near Rite Aid. There is plenty of parking available in the plaza.
