Stepping into Formula 3 I had goals and high hopes for what I could accomplish, but I never thought I would get out of it what I have in the last 5+ months. To date I have lost 40lbs! But I’ve gained a lot of things too... I have gained muscle & strength. I have gained confidence & the motivation to push myself further than I thought I could go. I’ve gotten stronger going to classes consistently. They’re individualized approach to each member, constant motivation & encouragement, & amazing workouts make investing in your health & fitness 100% worth it.

As a busy dad of 3 kids (under 8 yrs old!) and a work schedule that can sometimes change within a couple hours notice, I love the fact that I can come here, get a butt-kicking HIIT workout with incredible trainers that care about you! They go out of their way to help you with your goals and get to know you on a more personal level. On top of that- you have your own personal station and equipment and the place is kept super clean! LOVE this place!!!

I have been a member for over a year, and this is by far the best gym I have ever been apart of. The trainers are phenomenal and strive to help you achieve your goals and want you to succeed in crushing them. They work around injuries, giving alternatives to the regular workout plan if needed and always check to see how your feeling if additional modifications need to be made. They’re open 7 days a week and offer many different class times to accommodate as many members as possible. I went away with my traditional gym membership at a previous location, as you don’t get the same workout at other facilities as you do at formula 3. Love this gym and the foundation it has built for so many members to continue to achieve their best physical and mental goals.

I knew right away Formula 3 Fitness was for me. The coaches are wonderful, dedicated, and focused on providing us with the best experience possible. The workouts are always different, and I love that! I like seeing my heart-rate on the screen because it motivates me to keep going, which is what I need. Formula 3 Fitness is a place where you are more than just your monthly dues, you are a member of the team, a team that wants to see you reach your goals and be healthy. Formula 3 Fitness is a significant part of my life and has given me the tools, support, and motivation I need to be healthy. Thank you, for helping me find my best self, which allows me to demonstrate to my kids that dedication, commitment, strength, and perseverance are very important, as is being healthy.

I started F3 after having my second child. I remember being SO nervous to start working out, especially because I had never done HIIT classes before. The coaches were more than accommodating for me being a beginner. They helped push me through the soreness every class, leading me to drop 30 lbs after a few months! I continued working out during my third pregnancy and the coaches again accommodated me and helped provide modifications to any exercises I couldn’t do.

F3 always provides a great workout, and there are literally people of all fitness levels who attend. Each exercise is demonstrated by a coach so it’s super easy to follow along. Classes are 45 minutes, which means you’re in and out in no time.

I’m happy to be back after having my third baby and can’t wait to work up my strength again!

You will not find another gym that provides this great an experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. You can’t execute a move, have an injury or are new to this type of workout? You will be provided with alternative moves and adaptations until your body is ready. You will burn 500-1200 calories in 45 minutes. High intensity interval training with a monitor helps you know how your heart is working while you burn those calories. In all likelihood, you will find a buddy to work with, as clients have the same goals as you; they can help you keep a positive attitude and push you to see results. The support is there, you will be able to forge ahead!

The trainers are amazing and they will push you to the limits during the 45 minute workouts. They have a passion for what they do and they make you feel like you belong no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I have struggled with trying to find workouts in the past that I enjoyed and the workouts here have completely changed my fitness life. Such a great community of people who are there to better themselves. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Formula 3 fitness is the only total body workout with incredibly supportive coaches that has kept me motivated and making progress. Other members have become family because we love celebrating wins together, and coaches become dear friends because members are not numbers at this gym. I go out of my way to make sure I can get my daily workout in and I look forward to it as opposed to dreading a self led workout at a revolving door gym. Formula 3 fitness is the best facility around!

Formula 3 Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past 2 and half years. The instructors are extremely friendly, motivating and accommodating. I feel as though they are my close friends that I can laugh with everyday. Never in my life would I have thought that I'd enjoy going to a 5am workout. The workouts are 45 minutes and the time goes by so quickly. I really enjoy the challenges they have to motivate us during those dreadful winter months (12 days of Fitness, 21 day challenge, Red Zone Workout, Thighs before Pies....just to name a few). Formula 3 has truly changed my life. I see exercise as something fun and look forward to it instead of dreading it. I now have a healthy relationship with exercise and food.
